Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return/exchange on all items. If the item you purchased is damaged, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service department. We will get back to you within 24 hours. In any case, we will do our best to find an appropriate solution and correct the problem

1. We accept cancellation of orders before the items are shipped. If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We can't cancel an order if the item has already been shipped.

2. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please visit your order history page, contact our customer service and we will help process the request.

3.Items must remain in their original condition with all labels attached and intact. Please note, Made to Order and personalized items are not returnable.
